The fourth attempt to move the Boston Marathon trial to another city was denied Friday. The defense attorney has been pushing the move because they are having a tough time finding jurriors of mixed opinions about the case.
“The jury pool is irrevocably tainted by the strong emotions in the aftermath of the bombing that killed three people and injured more than 260.” NBC News reports.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is pleeding not guilty to over 30 charges from the attack that took place April 15, 2013. CNN reports that if charged, Tsarnaev may face the death penalty. This would be Massachusetts’ first execution since 1947.
